Dave Burr, SalesInSync, www.salesinsync.com,
has 20 years experience spread over most key business areas including
IT, Sales, Marketing and Operations. At General Electric he managed
large scale factory automation projects for companies including
Martin Marietta (Patriot Missile), Ford Motor Company (Odometer
Assembly), and Kwikset (Interior Lock Assembly). Dave created web-based
SalesInSync, used by major companies across the US, to assist organizations
in "owning markets" and creating a market information
system to help companies dramatically increase sales. Dave's strong
technical ability in addition to his sound business expertise was
a valuable asset at Interlake Corporation where he ran the marketing
operation and led product development initiatives that resulted
in millions of dollars of increased sales.
Alicia Dale, founding partner of Full Circle Management,
brings over 15 years sales and marketing experience consultative
selling solutions with a special expertise in Internet solutions.
She offers strategic selling training programs to teach sales reps
to reach top decision makers which results in shorter sales cycles.
Alicia has built a reputation for devising flexible solutions that
are ready to implement quickly and efficiently so clients realize
immediate results. Alicia is trained in the 6 sigma quality principals
and has experience working with firms such as Ryder Truck Leasing,
GE Capital and Harris Bank.
Stephen L. Crook, Stephen L. Crook and Associates, (www.slcrook.com)
20 years experience as a salesman, sales and marketing trainer,
sales and marketing consultant and sales manager. He has extensive
experience in developing new business, marketing and database strategies,
and personnel to generate sales leads. He provides the powerful
lead generation infrastructure called the Prospect Intelligence
Center (PIC). PIC is the software and hardware, telemarketing staff,
plus the other infrastructure necessary for a highly successful
telemarketing program.
Rich Morrow, Full Circle Management, with a Masters in Education
from Northern Illinois University, has 10 years of teaching experience
and over 10 years of corporate sales experience at companies including
Mack Truck Leasing and Ryder Transportation Services. Before joining
FCM to conduct Company-Specific Sales Training, Rich used his unique
background at Leadership Results where he consulted with clients
and facilitated seminars in Effective Personal Productivity and
Effective Supervisory Management. Rich has a special expertise in
helping sales reps realize their full potential and produce maximum
results in a positive environment.
Joyce O'Connor, Full Circle Management, with a degree in
behavioral science, has three decades of business experience, over
twenty years of sales experience and has been involved in the development
and implementation of marketing and telemarketing programs for over
a decade. She brings a vast knowledge of the contract furniture
industry and it's selling process. She has trained and mentored
telemarketers and sales reps and assisted management with strategic
account planning with their sales force. She has proven expertise
and credibility in the business community.
